A free 15-minute virtual appointment to answer your questions, assess needs, and give an overview of the partnership. Learn how my coaching program can benefit your team.

6-month coaching program

The Health & Wellness Coaching Program is 6 months in length with either 45-minute sessions every other week or 20-minute weekly sessions.

4-month pilot program

The Pilot Program is 4 months in length with either 45-minute sessions every other week or 20-minute weekly sessions. This introductory program is offered to first time hotel clients.

  • A Health & Wellness Coach helps employees develop sustainable self-management practices, set achievable goals, and address burnout. This approach fosters a supportive work environment, boosts employee morale, and enhances overall job satisfaction, which can lead to improved retention rates.

  • Coaching is most successful when the client is ready for change. Early stages of change include pre-contemplation, contemplation, and determination. An employee who is determined to commit to action is eligible for coaching. Those who are eligible are offered the coaching program during the Discovery call. Those who are not eligible at the time are guided through exploring what would be the right next step for them.

  • Coaching programs may be in-person or virtual, dependent on the employer’s location and preference.

  • The cost of implementing the coaching program for your team depends on factors such as the number of employees and the program's duration. For an accurate estimate, please submit an inquiry below. Programs begin at $1,500 per employee.

  • Progress is monitored through regular check-ins, goal-setting reviews, and feedback from both employees and employers. If possible, employee turnover reports are reviewed before and after the program. Success is assessed by measuring improvements in employee satisfaction, analyzing turnover data, observing reductions in burnout symptoms, tracking the achievement of personal and professional goals, and noting overall enhancements in team dynamics.
